Killogram comes under fire.

Killogram came under heavy media fire this past week after making a few discouraging remarks about Reality TV.

"Do you know that every time you watch one of these so called Reality TV shows, you are actually losing about 60 minutes of your life?", Kilo told Today Show correspondant Matt Laurer.

Killogram continues, "I'm currently working on a study to be printed in the Journal of Health and Sciences about this effect. While it may not seem like a big deal to catch an episode of "Marry Joe Homeless" or "Hotel Adultery", all that time will eventually catch up to you...and you will die."

Trishelle Cannatella of MTV's Real World fired back at the Internet superstar in an interview with Barbara Walters. "I don't know what the hell he is talking about, he needs to shut the fuck up before I shut him up!"

"He's an idiot and a hypocrite", says Joe Rogan of NBC's Fear Factor. "Not only does he watch American Idol, Real World/Road Rules and Newlyweds, but he applied to be on Fear Factor last year and I have it from a good source that he teared up during the finale of My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance!"

Killogram defended himself to the media in this Wednesday afternoon press conference. "I'm not saying I have never watched a reality TV show. I'm trying to stress the importance to the children of America that they are bad for your health. Instead of watching Reality TV crap, children should watch something more uplifting and positive like World Series of Poker on ESPN or the myriad of 80's sitcom re-runs available via basic cable."

Rumors of Killogram guest judging the "Gangsta Rap" round of American Idol 4 were neither confirmed or denied.
